Subject: Machine Alignment Fixtures

Recommendations: 

For years Paper Machinery Corporation has recommended our customers purchase a set of test mandrels to re-align the station and/or turrets when necessary. The 2 high speed machines also require a #402-637 folding wing housing alignment fixture and an MT-1595-E reduction drive alignment fixture. Because of the machine speed it is imperative that all parts of the machine be kept in peak operating repair and alignment. At least one set of these fixtures, along with a set of test mandrels, should be maintained to reduce machine down time and produce a quality repair.
