The PMC OW 2001S is an entirely servo-driven machine designed to wrap paperboard materials around paperboard or plastic containers at a production rate of up to 240 cpm, depending upon package size and conversion materials selected.
The OW 2001S can be designed with configurations for wrapping label stock or micro flute materials around paperboard and plastic containers. Tooling is available for wrapping round or non-round containers.
Subject to materials utilized, these unique wrapped containers can achieve thermal protection, oxygen or moisture protection for product preservation, and graphic enhancement.
Up to 240 wraps applied per minute
Containers to be wrapped can be paper or plastic. Wrap material can be paperboard or microflute materials.
Paperboard options can be either virgin or recycled paperboard and in blank or web form.
