Subject: Motor Brake Locknut

Recommendations: 

Current motor brakes, using a Lock-Washer and Lock-Nut combination on the motor shaft, can occasionally become loose.

To prevent future issues, Paper Machinery Corporation recommends upgrading to Locking Nut NT-10766 (for PMC-1002) and Locking Nut NT-10769 (for PMC-1001).

In addition, the drive hub (PT-13673) should be reworked to add three set screws for a more secure fit. Use THIS SKETCH for set screw size and locations.
