The PMC H100-FHA Machine is the most efficient way to get a handle on any cup output. Designed to reduce costs and increase efficiency, the PMC H100-FHA is the first machine that applies handles to preformed paper hot cups at production rates that precisely match those of state-of-the-art PMC cup converting equipment.

Engineered for the continuous, automatic, in-line production of handled cups, the PMC H100-FHA utilizes the proven, dependable, handle-applying technology PMC has been building for over three decades. 

By incorporating our patented flameless, hot-air, heat-seal system, the PMC H100-FHA applies polyethylene-coated paper handles to cups ranging in size from 4 ounces through 12 ounces. A variety of standard, open-eared handles can be positioned anywhere between the underside of the cup's top curl and the inside base of the cup. Optional handle designs are also available.

Equipped with a variable-speed drive, the PMC H100-FHA applies handles at rates of 150 to 200 per minute, with actual production speeds depending on cup size and shape, and desired handle location. An optional rotary cup-orientation system positions each handle with maximum precision at any location around the cup body.

Applying a handle to a paper hot cup on the PMC H100-FHA lowers production costs by allowing the cup's sidewall thickness to be reduced, so less paper is needed. The flameless hot-air sealing eliminates the sloppiness of glue for cleaner, neater handle application and better seal integrity.
